Sometimes checks are payable to the parent organization and other times to the school. Your parent letter that is included in the fundraising sales packet envelope will have the specific directions for that. Please refer to your group coordinator to verify the exact name for checks to be made payable to.

Blue Ribbon asks the organization or school to pay us no later than delivery day. Your fundraising process if two weeks of collecting orders and money. We need approximately 3-4 weeks to deliver your products back to you. Therefore, your treasurer has had plenty of time to deposit all your monies locally before we deliver and ask for payment.

We follow the tax laws in your state. If your organization has the proper tax documents required by your state, you are not required to pay tax. (We require documentation to be on file to verify this fact). If you do not have a tax exemption number or your group is not tax exempt, you will be charged tax. Verify your tax status with your organization.
